Results of Annual General Meeting                                               
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Group Five held 
in Johannesburg on 21 October 2003, ordinary resolutions numbers 1 and 2        
relating to the general authority to place unissued shares under the control of 
the directors were withdrawn.                                                   
The remaining business of the annual general meeting was conducted as per the   
notice of the annual general meeting dated 20 August 2003 and the special       
resolution was passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.                
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of   
Companies in due course.
