In compliance with the requirements of rule 3.59(b) of the JSE Listings         
Requirements, Network Healthcare Holdings Limited advises herewith that Peter   
Warrener has tendered his resignation and will be leaving Netcare on 31 October 
2003 to explore other opportunities.                                            
Peter Warrener joined Netcare in April, 1997 when the Group employed fewer than 
2,000 people.   He played a significant and valuable role in the restructuring  
of our various acquisitions, especially Clinic Holdings Limited.   He has been  
an integral part of Netcare"s growth and success and the Human Resources        
Department now oversees more than 18,000 employees.                             
Under his stewardship during the past 3 years, Netcare was voted as one of the  
"Top 50 companies to work for".   The Board wishes him every success in his     
future endeavours and thanks him for his accomplishments.
