NEW APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                           
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Howard Turner as Deputy 
Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. In this capacity Mr. Turner will 
assist Mr. Mike Lomas, CEO, in the further positioning of the group to achieve  
its strategic growth targets.                                                   
Resulting from the above the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr.
Paul O`Flaherty as Chief Financial Officer of Group Five as of 1 October 2003.  
In addition to his role as Deputy CEO Mr. Turner will work closely with Mr.     
O"Flaherty to ensure a seamless handover of the financial responsibilities.
