WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                           
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 17 July 2003, the directors of PSG 
herewith inform shareholders that discussions are still taking place regarding a
potential BEE partner for Channel Life Limited, one of PSG"s subsidiaries.      
The directors do not envisage the current discussions to have any material      
effect on either the earnings or net asset value of PSG. The cautionary notice  
is therefore withdrawn.
