Murray & Roberts is pleased to advise that Mrs Elsabe Marx will take up         
employment with the Group as Company Secretary with effect from 15 August 2003. 
Mr Lionel Lindsay, who retired from the Group on 30 June 2003, has filled this  
position for the past 17 years.  Mr Terry Rensen has been appointed acting      
Company Secretary for the interim period.
