The JSE Securities Exchange South Africa ("the JSE") wishes to advise that the  
above companies have failed to submit their provisional report within the three-
month period stipulated in the JSE"s Listings Requirements.                     
Accordingly, the companies" listing on the JSE SETS system will be annotated    
with an "RE" to indicate that the companies have failed to submit their         
provisional report timeously and that the listing of their securities is under  
threat of suspension and possible termination.  Should the companies still fail 
to submit their provisional report by Wednesday, 30 April 2003, the companies"  
listing will be suspended, pending the convening of a meeting of the JSE to     
consider the continued suspension and possible termination of listing.          
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
