Growthpoint linked unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcements  
published on 3 February 2003 and 20 February 2003 and are advised that the      
company is still involved in negotiations, which if successfully concluded, may 
have an effect on the market price at which the company"s linked units trade on 
the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa. Growthpoint linked unitholders are    
accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing in their linked  
units until a further announcement is made.
