Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa of the appointment     
of Hilton Saven as an additional director of the company with effect from 1

Mr Saven, who is a chartered accountant and senior partner with the auditing    
and accounting firm Moores Rowland, will also chair the company`s audit         
committee.
