GROUP FIVE WINS SIGNIFICANT PROJECT IN TANZANIA                                 
Group Five has been awarded a construction contract in excess of $ 70m for the  
Bank of Tanzania in Dar es Salaam.  The new buildings, with an area in excess of
31 000m}, consists of two 18-storey office towers over-looking the harbour, a   
conference centre and a parking garage.                                         
Construction commences in early 2003 and will be completed by December 2005.

line with our forward strategy to secure a greater percentage of our work       
outside our borders.   We have been actively involved, over the years, in       
providing numerous facilities to the banking and financial corporations in South
Africa and Mauritius.   We are the market leader and understand the unique      
requirements of this sector and are excited about the challenge of being        
involved in one of the largest developments in Tanzania," said Group Five CEO   
Mike Lomas.
