AGREEMENT REACHED BETWEEN TRANS HEX AND BATEMAN MEDIA RELEASE 26 SEPTEMBER 2002 The JSE-listed Trans Hex Group (THG) and Bateman have reached an amicable settlement following a legal dispute at Baken for recently completed materials handling and processing plant. THG`s Chief Executive Officer Calvyn Gardner said, "The Baken plant is producing at budget capacity and Trans Hex is now satisfied with its performance." He concluded, "Trans Hex and Bateman are looking forward to renewing the relationship and working together in THG`s new ventures in South Africa and Angola". Trans Hex has announced it`s latest partnership into Angola, having secured two of the most sought-after alluvial diamond mining concessions with the Angolan State Diamond Organisation, Endiama.
