In terms of Rule 3.29 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities        
Exchange South Africa ("JSE"), notification is hereby given that Nampak Limited 
has issued 35 100 ordinary shares of 5 cents each in terms of the Nampak 1985   
Share Option Scheme.                                                            
Applications were made to the JSE for these shares to be admitted to the        
Official List and to be admitted to trading as detailed below :
