Negotiations with regards to a merger of Howden Pumps (Proprietary) Limited, a  
wholly-owned subsidiary of HAH, with the businesses of Orbit Pump Manufacturing 
(Proprietary) Limited and Orbit Pumps (Botswana) (Proprietary) Limited, wholly- 
owned subsidiaries of Liquid Movers Holdings NV ("LMH") have been terminated.   
Caution when dealing in the Company`s shares is no longer required.
