FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                                 
Further to the cautionary announcements published from 6 April 2001 to 8        
April 2002, shareholders are advised that the negotiations referred to in       
those announcements are continuing.                                             
As these negotiations may have an effect on the price at which Sekunjalo        
shares trade on the JSE Securities Exchange SA, shareholders are advised to     
continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Sekunjalo shares until a     
further announcement is made.
