Declaration of dividend

  We hereby advise that the dividend dates that appeared in the press and on
SENS on 20 March 2002 have been amended as follows in order that the company
complies with the requirements of Strate and the JSE.

  Notice is hereby given that a dividend of ten (10) cents per ordinary
share of no par value payable in the currency of the Republic of South
Africa will be paid to shareholders recorded in the register as at Friday,
12 April 2002.
The last date to trade

The share will trade "ex" dividend from         Monday, 8 April 2002
No share certificates may be

 dematerialised or rematerialised from       Thursday, 28 March 2002
