Further cautionary announcement

Further to the cautionary announcement included in the Trans Hex audited
results for the year ended 31 March 2001, published on 21 May 2001,

shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of Trans Hex
shares.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in Trans Hex shares until a further announcement is made.
