Notice is hereby given that preference dividend no. 63 of 3,25 cent per share
has been declared for the six months ended 31 December 2000 payable on 20 April
2001 to shareholders of the 6,5 percent first cumulative preference shares
registered in the books of the company at the close of business on 30 March
2001.

Dividends will, where applicable, be transferred to shareholders' bank
accounts.  In the absence of suitable mandates, dividend cheques will be posted
