NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR


Noteholders are hereby advised that Deloitte and Touche have been appointed as TUHF Urban
Finance’s external auditors, with Stephen Douglas Munro (IRBA registration number 902276) as
designated audit partner, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., with effect from 20 November 2020,
as per the Issuer’s governance processes concluded on 30 November 2020.

The change in audit firm was initiated by TUHF Urban Finance and, following more than nine years’ as
the TUHF group of companies’ external auditors, is as a result of audit firm tenure considerations and
the early adoption of mandatory audit firm rotation by the Issuer.
