Subject: Change of release date of quarterly consolidated report for the first quarter of 2020

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that the
release date of the Company’s consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2020, scheduled for
9 June 2020 (as announced in the current report No. 8/2020 dated 29 April 2020), will be postponed to
29 Jul 2020. In light of the changing market environment following the outbreak of the COVID-19, the
Company continues to estimate the impact of the economic consequences of the pandemic on its
business prospects and financial position.

The other release dates of interim reports in 2020 remain unchanged.


Legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and
periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the
information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
