NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Posting of the integrated annual report

Pursuant to paragraph 3.21 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited ("JSE"), the company hereby informs shareholders that the
integrated annual report (“Annual Report”) containing, the audited
consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2014 and the notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”) was
distributed to shareholders on Monday, 30 June 2014.

No change statement

Shareholders are advised that the audited consolidated annual
financial statements as contained in the Annual Report are unchanged
from the reviewed preliminary financial results that were published
on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE on Monday, 23 June
2014.

Notice of AGM

The company’s first AGM will be held at Accelerate’s registered
office, in the main boardroom, Cedar Square Shopping Centre,
Management Office, 1st Floor, Cnr Willow Avenue and Cedar Road,
Fourways, Johannesburg on Tuesday, 29 July 2014 at 10:00.
