CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2019 AND DIVIDEND
DECLARATION

Shareholders are referred to the short form announcement published on SENS
today, 20 December 2019, relating to the Company’s reviewed condensed
consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 August 2019 (“Original
Announcement”).

The Company would like to clarify that the financial results set out in the
Original Announcement are reviewed results and that the statement regarding
the board of directors’ presentation of the results to stakeholders should
have referred to reviewed results and not audited results.
