Changes To The Board Of Directors – Resignation And Appointments Of Directors


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Pembury (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders of the following changes:

-   Mr Thabo Tshepuwane has resigned as Financial Director with effect from 28 February 2022.

    The Board thanks Thabo for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
    endeavours.

-   Ms Cordelia Sachiti has been appointed as Financial Director with immediate effect.

    Cordelia has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Honours degree in Accounting from the
    University of South Africa. She is currently studying towards a CIMA Professional Qualification through
    South African College of Business. Cordelia started her journey with Pembury in 2012 as a financial
    accountant and since September 2019 she has been performing the role of financial controller for the
    Company.

    The Board believes that her experience in accounting will be valuable to the current management team
    at Pembury.

-   Mr Jason McLachlan has been appointed as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

    Jason has a Bachelor of Commerce in Investment Management from Millpark Business School. Jason
    completed a Real Estate Portfolio Management course at the University of Witwatersrand in February
    2016 and received his Google Adwords Certification in September 2020. Jason has been head of
    Marketing at Viral Marketing ZA since February 2018 and previously served as an executive board
    member of Pembury from September 2019 to August 2020.

The Board welcomes Cordelia and Jason and looks forward to their contribution to the Company.
