AVAILABILITY OF 2020 ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the NEPI Rockcastle’s Annual Report, incorporating the audited financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 (the “2020 Annual Report”), on which the auditors
expressed an unmodified audit opinion, will be published today, 23 March 2021 on the Company’s website.
The audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 were previously published
on 25 February 2021. Where applicable, hard copies of the 2020 Annual Report will be posted to shareholders.
