NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS OF A TECHNICAL NATURE IN THE FRB27 AND FRB30
APPLICABLE PRICING SUPPLEMENTS
FRB hereby gives notice to the FRB27 and FRB30 noteholders, in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the domestic medium note programme, as amended from time to time, and in accordance
with paragraph 6.56(a) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, of the following technical
amendment to line 30(g) in the relevant applicable pricing supplements (APS):
• The reference to “day count fraction is actual/365” was amended to “N/A" to align to the way in
which interest is being calculated.
The amended APSs are available for inspection at the registered office of FRB and will be made
available on the FirstRand website,
