RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 11 July 2022, and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcement dated 23 August 2022, shareholders are advised that negotiations regarding the
potential disposal of one or more of Sebata’s businesses are still in progress, which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
