AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTORS

Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the years ended 31 August 2020 of EIE Group
Proprietary Limited, Saficon Industrial Equipment Proprietary Limited and enX Leasing Investments Proprietary
Limited (collectively the “financial statements”), the subsidiary and parent guarantors to the Domestic Medium
Term Note Programme (“Guarantors”), are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

Noteholders are also advised that the audit reports on the financial statements of the Guarantors are
unqualified.

Furthermore, there were no restatements to the previously published annual financial statements for the year
ended 31 August 2019 for each of the Guarantors.
