ICC - Industrial Credit Company Africa Holdings Limited - Trading Update INDUSTRIAL CREDIT COMPANY AFRICA HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 1997/010950/06) JSE Code: ICC ISIN: ZAE000053203 ("ICC" or "the company") TRADING UPDATE In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, listed companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as the company is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will be differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously provided to the market in relation to such period. Shareholders are advised that ICC is currently finalising its results for the six months ended 30 June 2010 and anticipates that the basic and headline loss per share will increase by between 35% and 45% compared to the prior six months ended June 2009, which reported a basic and headline loss of 0.2 cents per share. The financial information on which this trading update is based has not been reported on by the company`s auditors.
