RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF CEO

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Khalid
Abdulla has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer and
director of the Company with effect from 12 March 2020.

The Board is happy to note that Khalid Abdulla has taken up
another role within the group as Deputy Executive Chairman of
AYO Technology Solutions Limited to focus on their acquisition
strategy.

The Board wishes to thank Khalid Abdulla for his 10-year
tenure as the chief executive officer of the Company and
Group. The Board further wishes to thank Khalid Abdulla for
his success with the Company achieving its Vision 2020 vision
for the Group which has now transformed the company into a
pure investment holding company.


The Board would like to take this opportunity to wish Khalid
Abdulla all of the very best and success going forward in his
new role.

Shareholders are further advised that Valentine Dzvova has
been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer and
director of the Company with effect from 12 March 2020.
Valentine Dzvova is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and also
holds the ACMA CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant)
designation, with over 10 years corporate and accounting
experience.

The Board welcomes the appointment of Valentine Dzvova and
looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
