Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS by EPP on 20 December 2017 and are advised that in
light of recent charges alleged against Mr. Przemyslaw Krych, Mr Krych has, in the best interests of the company,
resigned as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
