QUARTERLY SUSPENSION UPDATE

In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company is required
to provide an update to shareholders regarding the current state of affairs of the
Company until the Suspension is lifted.

The Company was suspended for the late publication of its results for the year ended
29 February 2020 and was placed into Business Rescue subsequent to year end. The
Company has faced a number of challenges whilst attempts are made to rescue the
Company. The Business Rescue Practitioners have published a plan but this was
dependent on the recapitalisation of PSV by one of its shareholders. The funds for the
capital injection have been delayed as previously advised.

Shareholders are advised that DNG Energy Limited (“DNG”) has since provided proof of
funding for the proposal presented to the Business Rescue Practitioners who are in
consultation with the major creditor and shareholder. This process is ongoing.

The Board will continue to inform shareholders of the progress and shareholders are still
required to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
