Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard
to a possible quarterly distribution to holders of securities in the
Portfolios, for the quarter ending 31 March 2015:

Last day to trade cum distribution:                   Friday, 20 March 2015
Securities trade ex-distribution:                     Monday, 23 March 2015
Record date:                                          Friday, 27 March 2015

Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date
will be made within 14 business days after the record date.
