 CH0210483332) on 12 May 2023, to be approved by shareholders of CFR at the annual general meeting
 to be held on Wednesday, 6 September 2023, with an Ex Date of 20 September 2023, will be calculated
 net of foreign dividend withholding tax in the FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series.
