POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING


  Shareholders are referred to the detailed terms announcement released on SENS on 12
  December 2019, which advised that Advanced Health, Investmed Holdings Pty Limited
  (“Investmed”) and Presmed Australia Pty Limited (“PMA”) concluded the Share Sale and Purchase
  Agreement for Investmed to acquire 25.1% of PMA’s shares from Advanced Health, for a total
  transaction consideration of AUD5.775 million (approximately ZAR58.324 million) (the
  “Disposal”)

  Shareholders are advised that the circular to shareholders regarding the Disposal has been
  distributed to shareholders today, 12 February 2020. Included in the circular to shareholders is a
  notice of General Meeting of shareholders, which will be held at the registered offices of
  Advanced Health situated at 2nd Floor, Building 3, Walker Creek Office Park, 90 Florence Ribeiro
  Avenue, Muckleneuk, Pretoria, 0002, South Africa on Thursday, 12 March 2020, at 10h00, to
  transact the business as stated in the notice of the General Meeting.

  The record date, for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to receive the
  notice of General Meeting, was Friday, 31 January 2020.

  The last day to trade and the record date, in order for shareholders to be eligible to participate
  in and vote at the General Meeting, are Tuesday, 3 March 2020 and Friday, 6 March 2020
  respectively.
