Changes to the Board of Directors:  Appointment and Resignation of Directors    
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders  
are advised that with effect from 01 July 2006:                                 
Mr. Gian-Paolo Ravazzotti will, in line with the Group"s long term succession   
plan, assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Group, replacing Mr.
Gianni Ravazzotti, who will resume his former role as Group Executive Chairman. 
To facilitate the reentry of Mr. Gianni Ravazzotti into the executive team, the 
incumbent Chairman, Mr. Derek Rabin, will relinquish his position and resume his
previous role as Non-Executive Director of the Group.                           
Christian Trumpelmann, Chief Operating Officer of CTM and an Executive Director,
has elected to take up a franchising opportunity within the Group and will      
therefore resign his positions on 01 April 2006.                                
The Board wishes to thank these directors for their contribution and continued  
commitment to the Group in their new positions.
