Availability of Annual Financial Statements, No Change Statement and BEE
Certificate

Shareholders are advised that the Group’s Annual Financial Statements
for the year ended 30 June 2019 (“AFS”), together with the 2019
Integrated   Report,  will    be  available   on  the   Group’s   website
www.momentummetropolitan.co.za/en/investor-relations/annual-reports    on
Friday, 6 September 2019. The AFS contains no changes to the summarised
audited consolidated financial results released on Stock Exchange News
Services on 4 September 2019.

The    AFS    have    been   audited    by    the    Group’s    auditors,
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., and their unqualified audit report is
available for inspection at the registered offices of Momentum
Metropolitan together with the AFS identified in the audit opinion.


BEE Certificate and Annual Compliance Report

Shareholders are advised that the Group’s BEE certificate for the period
2019/2020, together with the Annual Compliance Report in terms of
section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment
Act, No 46 of 2013, is also available on the Group’s website
