EARLY REDEMPTION OF IV031 SUBORDINATED UNSECURED CALLABLE NOTES
(“IV031 NOTES”)

Investec Bank Limited (“the Issuer”) has exercised its option to early redeem all of the IV031
Notes in terms of item 48 of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to the terms and
conditions set out in the Issuer’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
