Bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) of Nitro 6 for the 
year ended 30 June 2018 are available for inspection at the registered office of Nitro 6.  
 
The financial statements of Nitro 6 have also been made available on their website at 
https://www.rmb.co.za/conduits/nitro?6. 
 
Bondholders are further advised that the audit report on the financial statements of Nitro 6 is unqualified, with 
no modifications applicable. 
 
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise bondholders that no restatement(s) to previously 
published annual financial statements have been included in the financial statements.
