DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Distribution of Integrated Annual Report (“IAR”)
Shareholders are referred to the Change Statement published on SENS on 16 February 2021 in terms of
which they were advised, inter alia, that the Company’s Integrated Report incorporating the audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2020 and a notice of annual general meeting
is available on the Company’s website, www.labat.co.za.

Shareholders are advised that IAR was distributed electronically to those shareholders for whom the
Company has email addresses on Tuesday, 16 February 2021 and that printed copies of the IAR will be
posted to certificated shareholders and dematerialised shareholders who have elected to receive
Company information, on Friday, 19 February 2021.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are reminded that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 11 May
2021, at 23 Kroton Avenue, Weltevreden Park, Johannesburg, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting forming part of the Integrated Report.

Record Dates
The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in the Company’s
securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 30 April 2021. The
last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting will accordingly be
Monday, 26 April 2021.
