Further to the sale of 7 000 000 Mvela Group ordinary shares by Mvelaphanda     
Holdings (Pty) Limited ("Mvelaphanda Holdings") on 29 June 2010, the indirect   
beneficial interest in Mvela Group held by M Xayiya via his indirect            
shareholding in Mvelaphanda Holdings has reduced by 700 000 shares.             
Consequently, M Xayiya holds an indirect beneficial interest of 10 456 122      
shares in Mvela Group ordinary shares (representing 2.4% of the issued ordinary 
share capital of Mvela Group).
