TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES BY STANDARD BANK GROUP
(PTY) LTD (“STANDARD BANK”)

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008
and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that Nampak received formal notification that Standard
Bank has disposed of an interest in the ordinary shares of the company,
such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the company held
by Standard Bank now amounts to 0.8% of the total issued ordinary shares
of the company.

Nampak has, as required by section 122(3) of the Companies Act filed the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
