RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY                                                
Shareholders are advised that Routledge Modise Inc practising as Eversheds      
("Eversheds"), has given notice that it will be closing its Corporate Governance
department. This has resulted in Eversheds tendering its resignation as company 
secretary of the Company with effect from 30 September 2010.                    
The Board of Directors are scheduled to meet on 17 September 2010 and will      
advise shareholders of a new company secretary appointment thereafter.
