CHANGE IN AUDITOR


Shareholders are hereby advised that following the conclusion of a tender process embarked upon based on
former IRBA communications relating to the mandatory rotation of auditors, BDO Inc. ("BDO") will no
longer act as the external auditor of the Company. The Board and Management would like to extend their
thanks to BDO for their service to the Company and its shareholders over the years.

Ellies is pleased to announce that it has appointed RSM South Africa Inc ("RSM"), represented by Michael
Steenkamp as audit partner, as the Company's external auditors, with effect from the 30 April 2024 financial
year. RSM is the 7th largest audit firm globally, JSE and, Level 1 B-BBEE accredited, with three offices and
over 400 employees across South Africa.
