NOTICE OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN OMNIA SECURITIES               
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as    
amended and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Omnia   
shareholders are advised that the Company has received notification that WT     
Marais Trust (Proprietary) Limited ("WT Trust") has disposed of a beneficial    
interest in securities ("the Disposal").                                        
Following the Disposal, WT Trust now holds no issued ordinary shares in the     
Company.                                                                        
Further to the above, Dr WT Marais and other extended Marais family members     
continue to be major shareholders of the Company.
