ISSUE OF IBL145 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL145 NOTES”)

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R200 000 000 (Two
Hundred Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code IBL145), under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL145 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 20 March 2020
with effect from commencement of trade.
