RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Cautionary Announcement issued on the Stock Exchange News Service (SENS)
on 15 February 2023 wherein the Company advised shareholders that it had received several unsolicited
proposals from third parties to acquire the Group’s interest in AMG (“Proposals”).
Shareholders are advised that the Board’s evaluation of the Proposals is still ongoing. Following the initial
assessment, the Board has resolved to engage formally, through its advisers, with the third parties in respect of
the Proposals with a view to further assessing the viability and suitability thereof.
The engagement with the third parties and the Board’s consideration of the Proposals still remains at an early
stage. The development of such engagement may have a material impact on the price of the Company’s
securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
