ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS
Delta shareholders are referred to the results of annual general meeting (“AGM”) announcement released
on SENS on 1 September 2020 with specific reference to ordinary resolutions number 9 and 10 relating to
the non-binding advisory votes to approve the remuneration policy and the implementation of the
remuneration policy, which were voted against by more than 25% of Delta’s shareholders present or
represented by proxy at the AGM (“dissenting shareholders”).
Dissenting shareholders are now invited to participate in an engagement with Delta on these resolutions.
Details of such engagement are as follows:
• a conference call has been scheduled for Thursday, 19 November 2020 at 09:00 which will be hosted by
the Board Chairman, Phumzile Langeni and the Remuneration Committee Chairman, Nooraya Khan to
address concerns and questions relating to Delta’s remuneration policy and the implementation
thereof; and
• dissenting shareholders are invited to contact Delta’s company secretary Paula Nel at
paulanel@pncs.co.za to indicate their participation by no later than close of business Tuesday
17 November 2020. Dial-in details for the conference call will be provided to dissenting shareholders
upon receipt of their indication to participate in the conference call.
