POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT, CORRECTION TO RESULTS
ANNOUNCEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Posting of Integrated Annual Report

Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for Kelly
Group Limited will be posted to shareholders on Friday 14 December
2012 and is currently available from the company’s website at
www.kellygroup.co.za .

Correction to results announcement

The results announcement of the condensed consolidated audited
results, released on SENS on 21 November 2012, included an allocation
error in the condensed consolidated segmental analysis. The
announcement stated that operating profit for the year ended 30
September 2012 for the staffing, skills and value added services
segment was R 18 827 000, and the central costs segment a loss of
R30 408 000. The correct values, that had been audited, were a profit
for the staffing, skills and value added services segment of
R12 135 000 and a loss for the central costs segment of R23 716 000.
The correction relates to a reclassification between these two
segments of R6 692 000.


Notice of the annual general meeting

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the
company’s shareholders will be held at 6 Protea Place, Corner Fredman
Drive, Sandton, on Tuesday 26 February 2013 at 14h00 to transact the
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part
of the integrated annual report.

   Record date to determine which shareholders are             Friday, 30
   entitled to receive the notice of annual general         November 2012
   meeting

   Last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend          Friday, 8
   and vote at the annual general meeting                   February 2013

   Record date to determine which shareholders are             Friday, 15
   entitled to attend and vote at the annual general        February 2013
   meeting

   lodged by 14h00 on*                                      February 2013
