The Company announces that an award over 9,033 ordinary shares of 5486/91 US    
cents in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mr Mervyn Walker     
upon his appointment as a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in       
2008, vested on 1 September 2010. Mr Walker`s beneficial interest has           
therefore increased by 9,033 Shares.                                            
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company`s obligations  
under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2  
to 3.1.4.
