Appointment of Company Secretary

Shareholders are advised that, effective 24 August 2020, Nondumiso Seshoka will take up the
permanent appointment as Company Secretary to Sea Harvest.

After qualifying with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Ms
Seshoka gained valuable work experience at ENSafrica and thereafter, at Bowman Gilfillan. In 2016
she joined Hans Merensky Holdings as the Group Legal and Compliance Manager where she gained
extensive knowledge and experience in the legal, company secretarial, corporate governance and
compliance fields. In 2019 she further honed her skills by obtaining a Higher Diploma in Compliance
Management from the University of Johannesburg.

The Board of Directors welcomes Ms Seshoka and wishes her well in her new role.
