TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES



In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”)
and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are
informed that Sappi received the following notification on 16 March 2020 :

-   acquisition of shares by The Public Investment Corporation SOC Ltd (PIC), on
    behalf of its clients, such that the PIC’s total beneficial interest in the Company as
    of 16 March 2020 has increased to 20.070% of the issued capital of the Company.
