POSTING OF CIRCULAR, SALIENT DATES AND TIMES AND NOTICE OF GENERAL
MEETING

Annuity linked unitholders are referred to the announcements published
on SENS on 30 July 2012, 28 August 2012 and 15 October 2012 in terms
of which linked unitholders were advised that Annuity had agreed the
terms on which it would acquire various properties as set out below:
     -    the Atrium property in Milpark, Johannesburg;
     -    the BCX property in Midrand, Johannesburg;
     -    the Langeberg Mall in Mossel Bay, Western Cape;
     -    the Riverhorse property, also known as Thynk Retail Park, in
          Durban; and
     -    the Virgin Active property in Bryanston, Johannesburg;
     (hereinafter collectively, the “Property Acquisitions”).

Linked unitholders are hereby advised that a circular containing all
relevant information on the Property Acquisitions, including a notice
of a general meeting (“the Circular”), will be distributed to
shareholders today, 25 October 2012. The general meeting of Annuity
linked unitholders will be held at 10:00 on 23 November 2012 at 29
Scott Street, Waverley, 2090.
